SERVICES

The Compass

Introducing, your perfect team.

Tell me your vision, your goals and your constraints and I will match you with the creative talent best suited to pull your project off.

We’ll sit down and have a chat about the things that matter to you and your company, as well as digging in to some nitty-gritty project specifics; budget, timeline, outputs etc. It’s always best to meet in person but if that’s not an option, a phone call works too.

From there, I’ll tap into my Bench database and determine which creatives, designers and/or strategists will be the right fit for you and your vision.

I take into account your company’s goals, culture, personality and needs in order to build a team that will align with your vision and deliver the best outcome for your company. If you don’t need a whole team, I’ll introduce you to the needle in the haystack; the one creative who can execute in just the way you need.

Once you and your team are acquainted, you take the reins. I’ll be available for one-off sessions at my hourly rate, but after the introductions you’re at the helm! If you’re looking for assistance throughout the project, consider TINA’s Roadmap or Guide services.

The Roadmap

Drafting your path to success.

In addition to the services offered by the Compass, the Roadmap includes a collaborative session where I’ll help you define and refine your idea, strategy, design and plan. From there, we’ll develop your project’s Scope of Work.

Briefing the creatives who will bring your vision to life can be a daunting task. Unless you work within the industry, you probably don’t know exactly what services you need, how long work should take, how much it should cost or what some of the industry jargon even means. When you choose TINA’s roadmap service, I’ll use my agency-side knowledge to answer those questions for you and build a detailed Scope of Work, outlining exactly what creative services you need in your contract(s).

Your new Scope will help clarify the project for both you and your creative partners, streamlining the process and ensuring that questions and expectations aren’t lost in translation.

A roadmap isn’t that helpful without a compass. After we’ve paved the way for your project, i.e. built out the Scope, I’ll work as your compass, introducing you to the best creative talent and negotiating contracts in order to deliver on our determined Scope of Work. After that, you and your new creative partner(s) take over.

Of course, I’ll be available for one-off sessions at my hourly rate if you need advice or assistance down the track.

The Guide

Make it to the promised land – a successful project.

As your guide, I’ll walk with you through the whole project, from start to finish. I will…

  1. Function as your Compass and your Roadmap.

  2. Join your team as an end-to-end strategic, creative and project management advisor; a kind of creative quarterback.

  3. Help you define your creative strategy and vision while managing all the moving pieces and people – from team assembly, to project design; from day-to-day management all the way through to delivery.

And…

I will be your teammate; bringing all peripheral costs into one consolidated Scope of Work and coordinating all the logistics at each stage.

The Guide is perfect for projects with larger teams, bigger scopes, or multiple deliverables. It’s also a good option for smaller projects that need to move nimbly on a tight timeline and budget.

You have a business to launch; I’ll contain the creative chaos as your on-demand CMO.
